Terms & Conditions


Ajo ______ (“the Company”) through its website, ______ (“website”) resells prepaid eSIMs. The following terms and conditions shall apply to all services rendered by the Company. All references in these terms and conditions as “we”, “our” and “us” shall be references made to the Company and references as “you” and “your” shall be combined references made to the users of the website and customers of eSIMs. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions of use.



You will have to register on our website in order to access our services. For the purpose of registration, you will have to provide your personal data such as your name, billing address, email address, etc. You must provide accurate personal data and we would keep your personal data confidential as per the terms of our Privacy Policy.


We resell prepaid eSIMs and you may buy prepaid eSIMs by registering on our website. You may make payments through PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay and credit cards for buying prepaid eSIMs. Upon completion of purchase on our website, you will immediately see the purchased eSIM under your account on the website. We will send you a confirmation email after the purchase. All the information for installing the eSIM will be available on your user account on the website.


3.1. All payments on our website for our services can be made via credit card, PayPal, Stripe and Google Pay. Payments have to be made in the currency of US Dollars ($). We process your payments securely as per the terms of our Privacy Policy.

3.2. All our charges are inclusive of VAT, unless specified otherwise.

3.3 Your are not entitled to set off any of your claims against our claims, except where your claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by a court order.



4.1.1. If the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem originating from the Company;

4.1.2. If activation of eSIM is not possible following extensive troubleshooting;

4.1.3. If an eSIM is already in use and an issue arises that originates from the Company, which issue cannot be resolved within a timely manner, then a refund can be issued for the remaining data.


4.2.1. Each data package has its own validity period. No refund will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires.

4.2.2. No refunds will be issued if there are charges from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, or other charges that are not directly linked to the customer’s eSIM account with us.

4.2.3 We reserve a right to refuse refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions or any fraudulent activities that are connected with using our products and services.

4.2.4. In case of claims of unauthorized purchases, the matter will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund.

4.2.5. We do not honor claims of accidental purchases. Once customers install the eSIM, it will be considered as used. No refunds of any form will be offered then.

4.2.6. If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or a part of it, the customer shall notify us of such dispute within 7 days of receipt of the invoice by providing reasons for the dispute. We will issue a refund only if it is determined after verification that the claim of the customer is genuine.


If the refund request is not listed within the above, then we will investigate the request on a case-by-case basis. If the refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund that may be provided in any event is the total amount paid by the customer.


To request a refund, please contact our support team at _______________. We may ask you for further information to support your refund request, such as screenshots of the device settings for technical issues, details of your claim of an incorrect invoice, etc. The amount will be refunded as a credit on the original payment mode. If a refund is approved and issued, it may take 7 business days to appear on your account of the chosen mode of payment.


5.1. TERM

The purchase of eSIM on our website creates a service agreement between you and us. The service agreement commences upon completing an order at our website. The activation of the eSIM is the customer’s responsibility.


5.2.1. The agreement will be terminated in case the customer does not have an active data package or has deleted the eSIM from the device.

5.2.2. We reserve the right to suspend any account associated with any form of fraudulent activity or violation of any of the terms and conditions contained herein.

5.2.3. We would suspend your account if you have infringed our ownership or intellectual property rights in respect of our website. In such instances, in addition to other legal remedies that are available at law, we shall have a right to obtain injunctive relief from a court of law to prevent infringement.

6. Liability and Warranty

a. You are responsible for all transactions on the website in your account. We do not undertake any responsibility or liability for any wrong transactions made by you, including, any loss resulting therefrom.

b. You must provide accurate personal data while making an account on our website and you shall be solely responsible for any untrue information provided by you.

c. You are expected to determine the appropriateness of use and all risks associated with the use of our website, including but not limited to the risks of errors, loss/unauthorized transmission of data or other programs, unavailability or interruption of services, network issues, etc. We do not warrant that the access and operations on our website is error free or without problems or interruptions.

d. We do not undertake liability for any direct or indirect claims, damages or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the use of our website.

e. The eSIM data packages are offered “AS IS” basis and no further modifications or customization can be made once purchased.

f. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. As device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country of origin, it is your responsibility to check and use the device that is compatible with the eSIM.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in or to the materials and information made available to you through the website are either owned by the Company or licensed to the Company by any third party. You may only use such information or materials. The permission to use the information and materials available on the website shall not be construed as an assignment of any intellectual property rights in or to such materials or information. All rights of Company in this regard are hereby expressly reserved.

1. Lawful use of the website

You agree to use the website in proper or lawful manner and not in breach of any legislation or licence. The right to use the website is not transferable or assignable. You agree that when using the website you will not engage in any action that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent or causes the network to be impaired or damaged.

1. Governing Laws

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom. If any portion hereof is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Company reserves a right to change any term and condition of use of the website without obtaining consent from any user. Company will update these terms and conditions from time to time and the recent updated version will always be posted on the website.
